We’re hiring a Tech Lead – I with 5+ years of experience to design, scale, and maintain backend services for enterprise applications.

You should be solid in NodeJS/NestJS, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), with a passion for building secure, scalable systems.

You’ll collaborate with UI, DevOps, QA, client, and compliance teams to deliver a robust and secure platform for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services with NodeJS (NestJS).

- Work with MySQL/Prisma ORM for efficient schema design and optimized queries.

- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS; Azure/GCP a plus) for reliability and cost efficiency.

- Implement secure encryption/decryption (AES256, AWS KMS) for services, files, payloads, and databases.

- Partner with DevOps to streamline deployments via Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Develop and document APIs with Swagger/JSDoc and support client integrations.

- Ensure PCI DSS and security compliance through audits and secure coding practices.

- Collaborate with client engineering, DevOps, QA, compliance, and security teams.





- Contribute to knowledge transfer, documentation, and mentoring junior engineers.

- Drive technical best practices and leadership within the engineering team.

- 5+ years in backend development with NodeJS/TypeScript.

- Strong expertise in AWS (Azure/GCP nice to have).

- Solid background in MySQL and ORM frameworks (Prisma preferred).

- Proven experience with REST APIs, Swagger, and API lifecycle management.

- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments.

- Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Good to Have (Training/Exposure Provided)

- Experience with NextJS / Expo or frontend-backend integration.

- Exposure to multi-tenant cloud environments (AWS).

- Familiarity with confidential computing frameworks (e.g., Anjuna).

- Experience with compliance-driven financial projects.

- Knowledge of encryption/decryption strategies and secure key management.
