Role Summary
Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and AI -driven platforms. Focus on architecture, mentorship, and best practices rather than day -to -day coding.
Key Responsibilities
- Define system architecture; drive microservices and cloud -native adoption
- Champion AI -led development and automation in SDLC
- Mentor teams; review code and designs for scalability, security, and performance
- Guide cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes practices
- Ensure security, compliance, monitoring, and observability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Required Skills
- Experience leading full -stack teams
- Backend: Java/Spring Boot, Python, Node.js (APIs, microservices)
- Frontend: React/Angular/TypeScript, Flutter/React Native
- Solid in system design, distributed systems, and design patterns
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Exposure to AI/ML and AI -driven engineering practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills
