We are seeking a Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable and high-performance software solutions. In this role, you will mentor engineers, influence architectural decisions, and lead the technical direction of key projects. You’ll also have the opportunity to integrate AI/ML technologies across products in domains such as Fintech, eCommerce, Logistics, or Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end development of complex, distributed, and scalable software systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to transform business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Design and architect reliable systems, integrating AI/ML capabilities for personalization, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
- Drive system performance improvements and ensure architectural scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and promote coding best practices across the team.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance on design, implementation, and growth.
- Oversee timely delivery of high-quality, testable, and maintainable code.
- Actively contribute to Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with strong root cause analysis and resolution planning.




- Ensure comprehensive technical documentation and streamline CI/CD pipelines and release processes.

✅ Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with 1–2+ years in a technical leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js, Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of system design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Demonstrated experience integrating or deploying AI/ML models (e.g., NLP, recommendation systems, fraud detection).
- Experience in building or scaling platforms in Fintech, eCommerce, Logistics, or Real Estate.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rapid-paced environments with changing priorities.

? Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working with LLMs, predictive analytics, or chatbot integration.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tools.
- Strong business acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
