Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Zoho consultants and developers, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.

- Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget, using project management best practices.

- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables through rigorous testing and review processes.

- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Zoho applications and integrations.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for the adoption and optimization of Zoho solutions within client organizations.

- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate reports for stakeholders.

- Training and Development: Mentor team members and conduct training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Must-Have Skills:

- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing successful teams.

- Expertise in Zoho applications, including CRM, Books, Creator, Projects, and Desk.

- Strong project management skills with experience in planning and executing complex projects.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

- Problem-solving abilities to address technical and operational challenges.

- Knowledge of API integrations and workflow automation.

- Ability to generate and interpret reports and dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Zoho certifications in relevant applications.

- Experience in a similar leadership role within a technology or consulting firm.

- Familiarity with industry-specific solutions and best practices.
