Could you be the full-time Site Indirect Tax Manager in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a current challenge and apply your expertise in indirect tax management in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring tax compliance and providing tax support for day-to-day operations based on applicable legislations and regulations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Finance, Treasury, Logistics, Planning, Supply Chain, HR, and more), contribute to the smooth execution of projects by implementing tax recommendations, and support audits and tax-related initiatives.

You’ll specifically take care of reviewing, assessing, and optimizing international tenders, contracts, and projects from a tax standpoint, but also coordinating and preparing periodic management information systems (MIS) for reviews.

We’ll look to you for:

Reviewing and optimizing international tenders, contracts, and projects in coordination with various teams

Monitoring cross-border payments, transfer pricing policies, and other sector tax issues

-

Providing support during audits (internal, statutory, tax, etc.)

Partnering with business units to establish effective governance for tax compliance

-

Providing ad-hoc support on tax-related subject matters

-

Supporting book closing and budget exercises for business segments

-

Forecasting monthly cash flow related to taxes

-

Managing balance sheet cleaning activities for tax-related general ledgers

-

Identifying new opportunities to enhance tax compliance

Conducting and participating in internal tax training sessions
