We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Consultant to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about recruitment, people engagement, and building strong talent pipelines. As a Talent Consultant, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partner closely with hiring managers, and act as a brand ambassador for the organization while delivering a seamless candidate experience.

This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and hiring timelines
- Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical fit, communication skills, cultural alignment, and career aspirations
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and hiring pipelines using ATS or internal tracking systems
- Provide candidates with a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, including job postings, talent outreach messages, and recruitment campaigns
- Stay updated on market trends, hiring practices, and talent availability across roles and industries

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR (internships included)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders confidently
- Ability to multitask, prioritize hiring requirements, and work in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative and solution-oriented mindset
- Basic familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and sourcing tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
