Job Brief


We are looking for a high -energy Recruiter with experience in hiring for IT, Cybersecurity, and Sales roles. This role requires strong sourcing capability, an understanding of tech/security skillsets, and the ability to close positions in a quick -paced, target -driven environment.

The ideal candidate should not just coordinate—but actively hunt, engage, and close talent across niche and business -critical roles.

Key Responsibilities


- Manage end -to -end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)

- Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders

- Source candidates via: Job portals (ex: Naukri), Social platforms (ex: LinkedIn), Hiring consultants, Employee referrals & databases.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

- Maintain candidate pipeline and database

- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process

- Negotiate offers and support closure of positions within TAT

- Track and report recruitment metrics (closures, pipeline, TAT, etc.)
