We are seeking an experienced Identity & Directory System Specialist responsible for designing, implementing, and operating enterprise identity, authentication, and directory services.



The role focuses on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Certificate Authority, Azure Entra ID, and modern authentication protocols to ensure secure, resilient, and scalable identity infrastructure.

What will your job look like?

- Manage and optimize Active Directory, including GPOs, replication, security hardening, and directory hygiene.

- Administer and troubleshoot DNS/DHCP infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliable name‑resolution services.

- Deploy and maintain Microsoft Certificate Authority (AD CS) and handle enterprise‑wide certificate lifecycle management.

- Manage Azure Entra ID including user/group administration, RBAC, hybrid identity, and Conditional Access policies.

- Implement and support Azure MFA and contemporary authentication, driving the transition away from legacy authentication.

- Integrate applications using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect, and resolve authentication/federation issues.

- Strengthen identity and access security through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and policy enforcement.

All you need is...

- Strong hands‑on experience with Active Directory, including administration, operations, and troubleshooting.





- Deep expertise in DNS and DHCP configuration, management, and issue resolution.

- Practical experience managing Microsoft Certificate Authority (AD CS) and enterprise PKI components.

- Solid working knowledge of Azure Entra ID, hybrid identity, and role‑based access control.

- Good understanding of Azure MFA and modern authentication mechanisms.

- Familiarity with identity protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

- Experience troubleshooting authentication, certificate, and identity‑related issues across on‑prem and cloud systems.

- Awareness of identity and access management (IAM) security best practices.

- Experience working in enterprise‑scale or hybrid cloud environments.

Nice to Have

- PowerShell scripting skills for automation of AD, Entra ID, and certificate tasks.

- Experience with Conditional Access design and Zero Trust security principles.

- Exposure to identity migration, modernization, or transformation projects.
