This role focuses on providing high-quality technical support with a solid emphasis on understanding, analyzing, and troubleshooting APIs and SDKs. You will act as a bridge between technical systems and users, ensuring smooth integration, issue resolution, and optimal usage of platform capabilities. The position requires analytical thinking, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to dive deep into technical documentation and API behavior to support internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for API- and SDK-based integrations, ensuring issues are diagnosed and resolved efficiently.
- Analyze, inspect, and dissect APIs to understand request/response flows, authentication methods, and data structures.
- Assist customers or internal teams in debugging API-related issues, including error handling, performance concerns, and integration challenges.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to escalate complex technical issues and relay actionable feedback.
- Review technical documentation and help improve clarity, usability,



and accuracy based on real-world support scenarios.
- Guide users on best practices for API consumption, SDK usage, and integration workflows.
- Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and recurring patterns to improve support processes.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution while maintaining a high standard of technical accuracy and professionalism.
