About the Opportunity

Kings Cornerstone International College (KCIC), a leading transnational education provider in India, has been recently awarded a prestigious contract to teach, train, and transfer Indian students to Germany for internships, further studies, and fully-sponsored apprenticeship programs (Ausbildung).

We are on the lookout for experienced student recruiters who have successfully guided Indian students to Germany or other European countries. This role is based in Chennai but will cater to pan-India student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote Germany-focused education and apprenticeship pathways in Indian schools, colleges, and through agent networks

- Counsel students and parents on European education systems, cost of living, language requirements, visa processes, and career outcomes

- Organise webinars, seminars, education fairs, and school outreach programs

- Convert leads to admissions, meeting monthly targets with a strong follow-up system





- Collaborate with KCIC’s academic and mobility teams for smooth onboarding and transfer of students

- Maintain accurate records using CRM and provide regular performance updates

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruiting Indian students for Germany or Europe

- Robust knowledge of German education systems, Ausbildung programs, and visa processes

- Fluent in English and at least one regional Indian language

- Confident, target-driven, and passionate about student success

- Willing to travel within India for student recruitment drives

Desirable (Not Mandatory)

- Experience working with German institutions or German language proficiency

- Existing network of agents or school contacts in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
