Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor sewage treatment equipment , water treatment equipment, including pumps, aerators, chemical feeders , filters and sludge digesters.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collect and analyze wastewater samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collect and analyze water samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Adjust treatment processes based on test results and operational needs.

- Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including logs, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, coordinating with maintenance staff as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work setting.
- Participate in emergency response activities and on -call rotations as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of plant improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in STP and WTP operations.
- Knowledge of sewage treatment processes, WTP Process equipment, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyze wastewater data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem -solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
