The role spans the complete design lifecycle. nu2022 Design and develop analog and mixedu2011signal circuits such as Charge pumps, amplifiers, voltage regulators, data converters (ADC/DAC), bandgap references, sensor interfaces, and power management blocks. nu2022 Translate systemu2011level requirements into detailed circuit specifications, architectures, and schematics. nu2022 Perform transistoru2011level design and optimization to meet performance, power, area, noise, and reliability targets. nu2022 Conduct circuit simulations (DC, AC, transient, noise, Monte Carlo, corners) to verify functionality and robustness across process, voltage, and temperature variations. nu2022 Take part in multi-functional key features evaluation. nu2022 Validate design performance and functionality by running block and chip level simulations using standard industry simulators, and create clear and effective documentation. nu2022 You will ensure integration quality by validation of parasitic effects nu2022 You may be coordinating these design efforts of a small team. nu2022 You will be working closely with other functional teams to evaluate, analyze, and improve NAND die size, performance and power consumption.
