Arrow Diagnostics LLP is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. The Staff Nurse will be instrumental in navigating patient care in our organization by providing high-quality nursing services , healthcare regulations, and in adherence to the highest standards of the nursing profession.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and update patient records through our electronic health record system.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. This includes communicating patient conditions to doctors and other medical professionals, participating in team-oriented meetings, and utilizing extended skills where necessary.
- Ensure all medical equipment used for patient care is maintained and sanitized to the highest healthcare standards and protocols.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in order to address patient healthcare needs and goals.
- Respond to any medical emergency situations, applying lifesaving procedures when required.

Qualifications:





- State Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
- A minimum of 0 to 2 years clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and diploma (DMLT) will be preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong understanding of patient care, nursing procedures, medical protocols, and hospital environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
