As a key member of the compliance and regulatory support team, you will play an significant role in ensuring the organization remains fully aligned with local regulatory guidelines, data protection standards, and banking secrecy laws. This position focuses on maintaining strong legal and regulatory adherence while supporting internal governance and certification obligations.

You will be responsible for following all required compliance frameworks, staying updated on regulatory changes, and ensuring that all activities meet mandatory standards. The role also involves completing essential training, maintaining professional competence, and ensuring full readiness for annual certification processes. Your ability to manage responsibilities with accuracy, discipline, and confidentiality will be essential to maintaining a compliant and well-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements related to data protection and banking secrecy.
- Adhere to all legal, regulatory,



and internal compliance policies, including financial crime prevention guidelines.
- Complete mandatory compliance and certification training on time and maintain up-to-date regulatory knowledge.
- Support and meet all obligations related to annual certification and conduct rules.
- Maintain high standards of ethical behavior and ensure no actions compromise certification fitness or properness.
- Follow internal compliance manuals, policies, and governance frameworks consistently.
