Experience & Knowledge:

- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Salesforce and/or Zoho CRM development.

- Solid understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Support, Marketing).

- Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, LWC basics).

- Experience in developing workflows, automation, and custom modules in Zoho CRM.

- Familiarity with Zoho Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator apps.

- Knowledge of integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Basic understanding of data migration, cleansing, and management tools (e.g., Salesforce Data Loader, Zoho Import tools).

Technical Skills:

- Programming: Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Deluge

- Tools: Salesforce Data Loader, Zoho Flow, Postman, Git

- CRM Platforms: Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud), Zoho One Suite

- Reporting: Zoho Reports, Salesforce Reports & Dashboards

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Salesforce Admin or Developer Certification (optional but preferred).

- Zoho CRM Developer Certification (preferred but not mandatory).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
