We are seeking a passionate Senior UX/UI Trainer to mentor and guide aspiring designers. This role is purely training-focused, with an emphasis on teaching UX/UI principles, tools, and workflows. Since our program introduces UX/UI with Product Thinking, candidates with exposure to product design strategy will be preferred.

What You’ll Do

Train & Mentor

- Conduct structured, interactive training sessions for small student batches (online/offline).
- Teach UX/UI concepts, workflows, and industry-relevant practices.
- Guide students in case studies, design projects, and portfolio development.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentor students on career readiness (interviews, presentations, design thinking).

Curriculum & Content Support

- Refine and update training content to keep it practical and industry-driven.
- Use real-world case studies to illustrate design decision-making.
- Introduce students to emerging design tools, systems, and trends.

What We Expect You To Be

Experience & Expertise





- Minimum 3 years of skilled experience in UX/UI Design.
- Strong foundation in Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Visual Design.
- Experience in web and mobile app interface design workflows.
- Exposure to Product Design/Thinking will be strongly preferred—understanding how design decisions align with business strategy and user needs.

UX/UI Skills & Tools

- Hands-on expertise in UX Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability Testing.
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch is a plus.
- Understanding of Design Systems, Responsive Design, and Accessibility Principles.

Teaching Attitude & Soft Skills

- Passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of designers.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging lessons.
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students at different skill levels.
- A mindset of continuous learning and improvement as a trainer.
