Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration, deployment, and enhancement of Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service), including building planning models, designing calculation scripts, and developing business rules to optimize budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Integrate EPBCS with ERP systems (such as Oracle EBS, Fusion, SAP) to streamline data flow, leveraging Oracle Data Management and EPM Automate.
- Customize and generate real-time reports and dashboards for planning cycles, forecast accuracy, and variance analysis; conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and business teams to align planning processes and resolve data or process anomalies.
- Configure and manage Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) for financial consolidation, close, and reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
- Implement and maintain Oracle PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service), designing allocation models and cost analytics to drive financial insights.
- Develop and maintain financial and operational reports in HFR (Hyperion Financial Reporting) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate consolidation and profitability solutions.
- Oversee data integration, mapping, and transformation activities using Oracle Data Management tools to ensure quality and consistency across all EPM modules.
- Develop, schedule, and maintain automation scripts using EPM Automate for metadata updates, data loads, and batch processes to improve efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate data synchronization between EPM, ERP, and other source systems.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in setup, configuration,
and administration of Oracle EPM Suite, including EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, Data Management, EPM Automate, and HFR.
- Proficient with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and the broader Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
- Experience integrating ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Fusion, SAP) with EPM modules for seamless data flow.
- Skilled in data integration and automation using Oracle Data Management, EPM Automate, APIs, and scripting languages such as Groovy or Python.
- Proficient in creating custom dashboards, management reports, and analytics within EPM platforms.
- Experienced in testing methodologies, including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate EPM solutions.
Overall Experience:
- 9+ years of experience performing production support for mission-critical, high-performance applications.
- Proven track record with Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS) and supporting tools.
- Oracle Cloud Financials, EPM, or Hyperion certifications are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of ERP integrations and cloud-based financial applications.
Azure Public Cloud experience is a plus.
