Must be specialized in networking and head hunting
Must be able to think out of box and build sourcing strategies beyond portals
Must be good at networking sites like linked in, twitter,orkut etc.,
Must have exploited the portals extensively.
Must have experience of doing apt job postings in the portals
Strong Expertise in any two Domains & Market awareness on Skill availability

Handling complete recruitment life cycle
