Position: Sr. Executive - Quality Control

Location: Urla, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Executive - Quality Control with a background in mechanical engineering and 3-5 years in quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement quality control procedures to comply with industry standards
- Conduct inspections and tests on materials and products
- Analyze test results and recommend improvements
- Resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality processes
- Train junior quality control staff
- Collaborate with teams for process improvements
- Stay updated with industry standards and regulations
- Participate in audits and maintain ISO certification
- Present quality control reports to management





Requirements:

- B.E., B.Tech., or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of quality control experience, preferably in heavy engineering
- ASNT NDT Level II (VT,UT,MPT,LPT,RT) Certifications
- Knowledge of Welding Processes(GTAW,GMAW,SMAW,FCAW,SAW)
- Knowledge of ASME and EN Codes
- Strong understanding of quality control principles
- Exceptional documentation skills
- Experience with ISO certification and audits
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to travel for client visits and audits
