Summary:
The role is pivotal in advancing the mission of the Indian Staffing Federation (ISF), the national industry body representing staffing and manpower companies across India. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen ISF’s brand positioning, drive member acquisition, and amplify thought leadership. This position demands a strategic marketer with expertise in digital channels, content creation, and event promotion, capable of fostering collaboration with government bodies, industry leaders, and internal teams. By leveraging data -driven insights and maintaining compliance with labour regulations, the individual will ensure impactful advocacy communication and measurable growth in visibility and engagement across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with ISF’s strategic goals, focusing on brand positioning, lead generation, and member acquisition.
- Lead digital marketing efforts including social media management (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook), email marketing campaigns, and website optimization to enhance reach and engagement.
- Spearhead content marketing and thought leadership initiatives through whitepapers, blogs, newsletters, webinars, and industry reports.
- Plan and manage marketing and content support for ISF’s events, conferences, and workshops in coordination with partners to maximize participation and impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Policy, Membership, Operations)
and external stakeholders (government agencies, media, industry associations) to align advocacy messaging and communications.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, CRM systems, and defined KPIs to refine strategies and improve campaign ROI.
- Manage and mentor a small marketing team, including a designer, ensuring efficient task allocation, performance tracking, and professional development.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards relevant to the Indian staffing and HR sector.
- Apply SEO and SMO expertise to enhance organic visibility and digital engagement (preferred but not mandatory).
