- Skills/experience:
- 3-4 years’ experience in video domain (preferred)
- Solid CC++, multithreading and OS conceptsfundamentals.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience in Android multimedia framework andor Video4Linux2 (V4L2).
- Knowledge of Video user space hardware abstraction layers like Codec2.0, OpenMax IL.
- Linux Operating system (Kernel, Performance).
- Knowledge of video specification such as H.265/H.264/VP8/VP9
- Experience in several of the following areas: (Valuable to have)
- - Video usage models including playback, streaming, camcorder, and content protection
- - Android multimedia frameworks and video related applications




- - Streaming protocols and implementation (e.g HLS/HTTP/RTSP/DASH)
- - Linux device driver development and debugging (e.g. V4L2)
- - Expertise in working with tools and techniques used on Linux (Windbg, JTAG, etc.)
- - ARM or other embedded SoC development and debugging
- Responsibilities:
- Part of video development team and will be responsible for design, development, optimization and productize video use cases on Android and Linux mobile platforms.
- Education requirements:
- BEBTECHMEMTECH in ECEECS or related field from reputed collegeinstitution
