We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated qualified to join our design team as a Sr. Engineer or Assistant Manager – Design. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical design within the agriculture, construction, or automotive industry, along with hands-on experience in CAD tools and vehicle integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply design expertise in chassis design, sheet metal, and plastic part development within mechanical systems.
- Utilize Creo (Modules: Assembly, Sheet Metal, and Piping) for 3D modeling and design tasks.
- Interpret and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) and perform tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful vehicle integration.
- Prepare and manage design documentation aligned with organizational and industry standards.
- Use Teamcenter or similar PLM tools for data and design management (preferred).
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs while adhering to engineering best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in a mechanical design role within agriculture, construction, or automotive domains.
- Strong command of CAD – Creo, specifically in assembly, sheet metal, and piping modules.
- Proficient in designing and developing chassis structures, sheet metal components, and plastic parts.
- Solid understanding of GD&T; principles and tolerance stack-up techniques.
- Prior exposure to Teamcenter is an added advantage.
- Experience in vehicle-level integration is essential.
