- Assess students with special learning needs and identify individual strengths and challenges.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each student's requirements.
- Provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities such as learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, or developmental delays.
- Adapt teaching methods and educational materials to suit different learning styles.
- Work closely with parents, teachers, therapists, and other professionals to support student development.
- Monitor and document student progress and prepare progress reports.
