Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering
- Robust hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
- Proficient in AWS or Azure (at least one)
- Solid understanding of access management: IAM, IRSA, IMDS, Managed Identities, Entra
- Experience with authentication protocols: OAuth, SSO, OIDC, SAML, SCIM
- Minimum 1–2 years in a customer-facing technical role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred: ex-founders and prior experience in Solutions Engineering roles

Responsibilities

- Deploy Portkey on customer-managed Kubernetes environments
- Work with enterprise clients to ensure secure and scalable engineering implementations
- Write deployment scripts, automation, and infrastructure components
- Collaborate with customer teams and internal engineers on integration and onboarding
- Troubleshoot deployment challenges and optimize configurations
- Contribute to engineering documentation and best practices
