Job Summary:
We are hiring a Solution Architect with solid leadership experience and hands -on expertise in any backend tech stack to design scalable and high -performance systems.
Key Skills:
- 7–10 years of software development experience
- Proven team leadership/mentoring experience
- Strong hands -on experience in any backend technology (Java / Python / Node.js / .NET, etc.)
- Experience in system design, micro services, APIs, and scalable architecture
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high -performing backend solutions
- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring best coding practices and architecture standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical guidance on system design, integrations, and performance optimization
- Review code, ensure quality standards, and drive technical excellence
- Participate in architectural decision -making and technology selection
