We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Development with experience in Angular and Python with cloud services like Azure and AWS.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python (Django) and Angular (14+) to lead the development of scalable, cloud-based SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full technology stack and a solid understanding of modern cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, including serverless functions (FaaS), API Gateways, and containerization.

Technical Stack

- Backend: Python 3.x, Django
- Frontend: Angular 14+
- Database: MongoDB
- Messaging & Async Processing: RabbitMQ, Celery, Redis
- Real-time Communication: WebSockets
- Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS (with experience in FaaS like AWS Lambda), API Gateways, Auto Scaling, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership & Mentoring
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth
- Hands-on Software Development
Actively contribute as an individual contributor to the development of SaaS web applications using Django, Angular, and the associated stack
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with best practices
- Architecture & Code Quality
Lead and participate in software architecture, design discussions, and code reviews
Ensure high-quality software by enforcing coding standards and practices
- System Design & Performance Optimization
Define technical specifications and identify system enhancements to meet scalability and performance objectives




Optimize backend services and asynchronous task execution using Celery, Redis, and RabbitMQ
- Collaboration
Work closely with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, and other stakeholders to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain new features and applications
Coordinate cross-functional team activities to align technical execution with business goals
- DevOps & CI/CD
Review pull requests and manage CI/CD pipelines
Automate deployment processes and integrate quality assurance practices into the pipeline.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

Experience:

- 5+ years of skilled experience in full-stack software development
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role
- Proven experience working in agile software development environments

Technical Skills:

- Strong expertise in Python and Django for backend development
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Angular 14+ for frontend development
- Proficient in MongoDB and database design
- Solid skills in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Linux, Nginx, and Gunicorn for server deployment
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Exposure to modernizing legacy systems and applying modern software patterns
- Experience working with Azure cloud tools/services and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Working knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker); mobile development is a plus
