We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with solid nCino and Salesforce expertise to join our banking technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in nCino configuration, development, integration, and implementation, along with a strong understanding of the banking domain, particularly Commercial Loan Origination.

This role requires a techno-functional professional capable of handling development, administration, and workflow customization within the nCino ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize solutions using Salesforce APEX.
- Configure and administer nCino platform modules.
- Design and implement nCino workflows and maintain existing configurations.
- Develop and manage nCino/Salesforce integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Participate in end-to-end nCino implementations.
- Manage deployments using Autorabit and follow DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate banking requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support production issues and provide root cause analysis and fixes.
- Ensure high performance, security,



and compliance within Salesforce/nCino environments.

Technical Skills Required

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce APEX Development
- nCino Configuration & Administration experience
- nCino Workflow Development & Maintenance
- nCino Implementation experience
- Integration development within Salesforce/nCino ecosystem
- Experience with Autorabit deployments
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
- nCino Certification (Preferred)
- Salesforce Certification (Preferred)

Functional Skills Required

- Strong understanding of the Banking domain and financial terminologies
- Hands-on experience in Commercial Loan Origination
- Experience working across the complete product lifecycle
- Ability to work in a techno-functional capacity
