About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer with solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience building scalable microservices, designing RESTful APIs, and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem -solving abilities, and adherence to coding best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Work extensively with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.) to design and deploy cloud -native components.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
- Write high -quality, maintainable code with strong emphasis on unit testing and integration testing.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure performance, availability, and reliability of backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross -functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in backend development.
- Strong programming skills in Java and experience with Spring Boot.
- Solid hands -on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong experience with Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
- Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals.
- Strong problem -solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and writing unit and integration tests.
