Stay current with emerging technologies and trends relevant to Windchill and the PLM domain. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of professional experience in server-side Java development. Proven expertise in Java, J2EE, and SQL. Strong understanding of clean code principles, unit testing, and standard coding practices.



Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Familiarity with PLM systems, preferably Windchill, is a strong advantage. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and GIT version control. Creative thinker with a focus on doing things right the first time.
