As a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive, you will play an active role in shaping the brand’s online presence across major platforms. You will help create engaging content, support digital campaigns, interact with online audiences, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and impactful communication. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Manage daily operations of platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand goals.

Content Creation

- Develop engaging posts, captions, short blogs, and basic visual content.
- Use tools like Canva to produce visually appealing creatives.

Campaign Coordination

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that boost brand reach and engagement.
- Support awareness, engagement, and lead-generation activities.

Community Engagement

- Actively interact with online audiences by responding to messages, comments, and queries.




- Build and maintain meaningful digital community relationships.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

- Monitor social media metrics and analytics to measure content performance.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements for campaigns and content strategies.

Trend Research

- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and creative formats.
- Suggest new ideas to improve brand visibility and user engagement.

Cross-Team Collaboration

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure social media activities align with broader marketing and business objectives.

What Makes You a Excellent Fit

- Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong writing ability with a creative approach to storytelling.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new tools and trends.
- Basic understanding of social platforms, marketing concepts, and content strategies.
- Familiarity with Canva, SEO fundamentals, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (added advantage).
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and enthusiasm to grow in a dynamic environment.
