We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with hands-on exposure to residential high-rise construction projects. The role focuses on site execution, quality control, and coordination with contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of work.





Key Responsibilities



- Supervise day-to-day site execution for residential high-rise buildings.


- Monitor RCC works including shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting


- Oversee finishing works such as masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, and waterproofing


- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors on site


- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards


- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), material usage, and manpower details





Requirements

- 3–8 years of relevant experience in residential projects


- Solid practical knowledge of RCC and finishing works


- Ability to understand structural and architectural drawings


- Familiarity with site quality checks and safety norms
