About the role
- Minimum 3 yrs of experience in IT Infrastructure & application management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimumm 3Years in development with ServiceNOW Platform with focus on the IRM (Risk and governance) & and common service level agreement (SLA) measurements.
- Needs to have integration skills with other apps via API using REST/ SOAP
- Must have Good communication skills
- Experience working with customers to understand requirements and implementing solutions / initiatives in ServiceNOW
- Understanding of Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Experience with ITIL and IRM / ITSM
Preferred
- Experience in developing ServiceNOW technologies to drive digital transformation
- Planning, organizing, and managing work in an Agile Scrum work model utilizing Sprint and Kanban processes ServiceNOW Certifications
