Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Job Description
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and HRSD
- Define and govern ServiceNow architectural standards, best practices, and platform roadmap
- Design scalable, secure, and high -performance ServiceNow solutions for large enterprise environments
- Act as the primary technical authority for ServiceNow -related decisions and solution design
- Architect and oversee complex integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
- Drive ITOM architecture including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB strategy
- Ensure CMDB data model integrity, governance, and lifecycle management
- Lead ITAM implementations including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Design and optimize Customer Service Management (CSM) workflows and omni -channel support solutions
- Architect HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions including case management, employee portal, and knowledge
- Review code, configurations, and customizations to ensure quality, performance, and security
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and implementation teams
- Collaborate with business and leadership stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
