Role: Back End Developer
Job Summary
We are hiring a ServiceNow Developer with 3+ years of hands -on experience in ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate must hold a valid ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification and be based in Chennai. The role involves backend development, customization, integrations, and platform enhancements while following ServiceNow best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and custom solutions
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Workflows, and Flow Designer
- Perform integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement fixes
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Support testing, deployment, and post -production activities
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow coding standards and best practices
