We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager to lead and execute search engine optimization strategies aimed at improving online visibility, increasing organic traffic, and driving conversions. This role involves managing end-to-end SEO initiatives, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization, while working closely with content and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. This position is well-suited for someone who is passionate about digital growth, stays updated with evolving SEO trends, and can consistently deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibility
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search performance
- Perform on-page and technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms
- Track key SEO metrics such as traffic, rankings,



and conversions
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO with broader campaigns
- Optimize website structure, metadata, and content for better indexing and user experience
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices
- Implement link-building and off-page SEO strategies to improve domain authority
- Prepare reports and share insights to guide ongoing optimization efforts

What Makes You a Excellent Fit

- 2–5 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of improving rankings and traffic
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Experience in conducting SEO audits and implementing technical improvements
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple SEO initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in healthcare or similar industries is an advantage
- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to evolving SEO trends
- Strong attention to detail and focus on delivering measurable results
