Senior Visual Designer

Consistency, scalability, & clarity—these are the pillars of outstanding design systems. As a Senior Visual Designer at NetBramha Studios, beyond crafting beautiful interfaces, you’ll streamline workflows, document UI components, & ensure our designs are accessible & development-friendly.

Your Purpose to the Team:

- Bridge understanding between design intentions & technical execution
- Transform business requirements into engaging visual experiences
- Provide creative solutions when conventional approaches fall short
- Balance aesthetic excellence with practical implementation needs
- Maintain design consistency across products, platforms & touchpoints
- Elevate team morale through leadership & creative inspiration
- Independently document UI designs for clarity & smooth execution

What You’ll Own & Drive:

- Craft visual interfaces for consumer & enterprise mobile apps (iOS, Android & Hybrid), responsive web apps & websites
- Create & maintain scalable design systems ensuring visual coherence
- Engaging visualizations & infographics tailored to project needs
- Craft comprehensive style guides for efficient handover to development teams




- Identify & design micro-interactions, transitions, & gestures that enhance the overall user experience for each product or website
- Manage & allocate work to junior designers based on strengths & development needs
- Participate in recruiting efforts to strengthen the design team
- Religiously push the boundaries of visual design, driving innovation & setting new standards within the studio
- Work closely with other designers & stakeholders to align on project goals & deliver exceptional outcomes
- Mentor junior designers, guiding their professional development

What We’re Looking For:

- 4+ years of visual design experience with 1+ year successfully leading a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Design (preferred)
- Proven expertise in building & scaling design systems for digital products
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for component creation & management
- Strong background in developing & documenting UI components
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders on design system implementation
- Demonstrated commitment to accessibility through WCAG-compliant design
- Working knowledge of front-end development concepts for optimal design execution
- Strong communication & presentation abilities
- Track record of delivering high-quality work on time while effectively managing teams
- Experience in Branding would be an added advantage
