Governance and Standards: Ensure all content adheres to writing style guides and maintains high standards of quality, consistency, and accuracy. 5+ years creating documentation for enterprise software (ERP/CRM/large‑scale business applications).
Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Siebel, PeopleSoft, or Oracle. Proven ability to deliver high‑quality documentation with broad objectives and minimal supervision. Experience with structured authoring, modular content development, single‑sourcing, and content reuse. Experience working with one or more style guides (e.g., Microsoft Manual of Style). Ability to apply AI responsibly to improve quality, consistency, speed, and reuse. Advanced experience with Arbortext Editor. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
