You work closely with product design teams and help drive a consistent tone and voice across multiple documentation deliverables and products.nnYour work involves writing about highly complex products and concepts, so you must have technical affinity.nnYou will also be involved in analyzing, reviewing and implementing SEO recommendations to provide customers with good experiencennYou will work with lead writers or UA managers to create, update, and maintain documentation for product releases for PTC products.nnAbility to use AI-enabled tools to support SDLC and knowledge or experience with AI, ML is an added advantage.nnYour ImpactnnYou will be responsible for developing and supporting user assistance deliverables for PTC products.nnYour TeamnnYou will be a part of the User Assistance team, reporting into a Manager.



You will work with the product scrum teams and the lead/Principal writers in the Pune UA team.nnYour Day-to-Daynn * Create and update product documentation based on the assigned tasks, according to product release schedules.n * Apply PTC writing guidelines and documentation processes to be able to deliver user documentation of high quality as per PTC standards.n * Participate in daily standups; attend scrum meetings, product discussions, cross functional team meetings and so on.n * Support department initiatives.n * Collaborate closely with scrum teams for your product areas to gather information on product updates to be able to document it effectively.nnnnMust-Have Skills nn * BE/MCA/MS degreen * Proficiency in spoken and written English.n * Proficiency in technical writing and editing content.n * Valuable communication and interpersonal skillsn * Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, and Outlook.nnnnLife at PTC is about more than working with todayu2019s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
