Implement technical designs created by Lead System Architects using Pega PRPC 7.2. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical advice and support. Ensure compliance with Pega development guardrails and best practices. Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to deliver functional and non-functional requirements. Conduct performance analysis and tuning of Pega applications. Support integration with CTI systems such as Genesys and PegaCall. Apply general IT skills including Java, Unix shell scripting, Oracle SQL, and WebLogic. Certified Pega Senior System Architect with 5-6 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated success in implementing Pega applications from design to production. Strong understanding of Pega design principles, class structures, UI, agents, and integrations.



Experience in greenfield projects and performance optimisation. Familiarity with telecom domain and CTI integrations is advantageous. Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
