Should have the technical expertise to lead a growing team in testing (functional, performance and usability) of a distributed platform which includes adaptive video streaming using HTTP, real-time and batch analytics, intelligent routing mechanisms and user interfaces.

We need a Test Leader who can:

- · Define and own the overall Test Strategy, Policies & processes.

- · Define functional, non-functional, regression, load, automation, security and performance tests.

- · Lead a small team of Test engineers.

- · Support Engineering and Management teams in Requirements, Design and other reviews.

- · Support Deployments - interfacing with customers and partners.

- · Identify and Implement test automation with better use of tools.

- · Be a part of an Agile team.

- · Develop creative processes.
