Role
Your role as a Project Manager will involve managing the full project lifecycle to deliver project in desired quality, cost, and schedule.
Not only will you be expected to effectively manage customer expectations and successfully execute the projects at hand but also grow the account and win future business. This role will require you to demonstrate knowledge of the e-learning industry as well as sound adult learning and instructional design knowledge in all your customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a project plan based on project requirements.
- Achieve Project quality goals
- Achieve Customer Satisfaction
- Manage Delivery deadlines
- Project completion within the assigned budget
- Initiate and facilitate innovations from self and team in sync with these goals:
- Productivity enhancement
- Quality enhancement
- Handle day-to-day team issues (leaves, team conflicts, resource scheduling, work allocation, etc.)
- Create Billing/MIS reports for clients and management
- Coordinate with contractual/external resources for work allocation and tracking as per schedule
- Ensure optimum utilization of all types of resources in terms of:
1. Capacity utilization of core team and pool resources
2. Costs incurred on project-specific hardware, software and external vendors, etc.
