Role Overview

The Senior Program Manager will work closely with the Department of Women and Child Development and ICDS Department in Jaipur. You'll spend 70% of your time working within these departments on policy implementation and research, and 30% on field visits to districts for program monitoring and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with government departments and stakeholders
- Support policy implementation and research for Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programs
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for government stakeholders
- Oversee project implementation across districts in Rajasthan
- Make quarterly field visits to 2-3 districts for program launches and events
- Assist with budget planning and management for ECCE initiatives
- Draft formal communications in Hindi and English

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, Education, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)

Experience:





- 4-5 years in project management, public policy, or program implementation
- Minimum 2 years working with government departments
- Experience in fieldwork and on-ground program implementation

Skills:

- Strong understanding of government operations in education and child development sectors
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Project management expertise
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
