Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager /
Delivery Lead to drive large -scale back -end integration and infrastructure
programs within the Investment Banking domain. The role requires strong
strategic leadership, program governance expertise, and deep experience working
with Financial Institutions in complex, multi -stakeholder environments.

Key Project Focus

- Back -end
integration programs

- Post -execution
/ post -trade processes (middleware to settlement)

- Infrastructure
and platform modernization initiatives


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership

- Shape,
define, and lead complex, multi -stream programs across business and
technology

- Develop,
own, and maintain end -to -end project and program work plans

- Apply
insights and best practices gained from diverse projects to drive delivery
excellence


Program Governance & Delivery

- Establish
and enforce governance frameworks, quality standards, and delivery
methodologies

- Ensure
consistency, standardization, and transparency across projects within the
program

- Proactively
identify risks and issues, drive resolution, and manage escalations


People & Team Management

- Lead




and mentor project managers, business analysts, and cross -functional teams

- Foster
strong collaboration across delivery, business, and technology teams

- Ensure
effective communication, accountability, and performance management


Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate
and chair working group and steering committee meetings

- Act
as a trusted partner to senior, cross -divisional stakeholders

- Manage
expectations and drive alignment across business, operations, and IT


Consulting & Client Engagement

- Leverage
robust consulting background to advise clients on program strategy and
execution

- Drive
stakeholder confidence through clear communication, reporting, and
governance


Required Skills & Experience

- 10+
years of experience in Project / Program Management within Financial
Institutions

- Mandatory
domain experience in Investment Banking / Global Banking & Securities

- Significant
consulting experience managing large -scale programs

- Strong
understanding of back -end systems, integrations, and post -trade processes

- Proven
ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and large delivery teams


Preferred Qualifications

- Experience
with post -trade, clearing, or settlement platforms

- Exposure
to infrastructure transformation or large integration programs

- PMP,
PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications (good to have)
