We are looking for an experienced, student-focused Senior Program Counselor to support postgraduate program admissions. This role involves guiding prospective students through the entire admissions journey while delivering a high-quality counselling experience aligned with academic excellence and career outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling & Enrolment
- Counsel prospective postgraduate applicants through calls, virtual sessions, and in-person interactions.
- Understand student goals and recommend the most suitable academic programs.
- Clearly communicate program structure, curriculum, faculty expertise, fees, scholarships, and career prospects.
- Drive application completion and achieve enrolment targets through consultative counselling.
Admissions Process Management
- Manage the full admissions lifecycle from initial enquiry to final enrolment.
- Ensure timely follow-ups for documentation, payments, and application milestones.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and admissions systems.
Stakeholder & Student Coordination
- Collaborate with academic, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions and onboarding.
- Support student orientation and transition into programs.
- Address queries from applicants and parents with professionalism and clarity.
