6+ years of Experience.

- A comprehensive understanding of the insurance domain
is highly advantageous

- Efficient in Business Analysis techniques like Business Process Modeling (BPM), MOSCOW Technique, Requirement Ranking Method, 100 Dollar method, Kano Analysis, SWOT Analysis and RCA

- Lead
product discovery activities including stakeholder interviews and market
research

- Strong background in business analysis, excellent Product and project management skills

- Facilitate
stakeholder alignment and communicate product decisions across the
organization





- Drive
integration strategies with third -party enterprise systems and platforms

- Effective
in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint for documentation and presentation, MS
Excel, and SQL for Data Analysis.

- Define and monitor key product metrics including
adoption, engagement, and retention

- Recognize
and adopt best practices in analysis, design, build, test design,
validation, and documentation.

- Availed
good knowledge in agile methodologies and techniques - Agile (Scrum) -
Creating, Maintaining User Stories.

- Expertise in using leading industry tools like
Azure DevOps to develop various project deliverables and understand work.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem -solving skills​

- Educational Qualification
Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer sciences,
Engineering, and Mathematics, MBA
