Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design for product features, from discovery and conceptualization to final execution.
- Build, refine, and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all product experiences.
- Transform complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly journeys.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams across regions, including remote teams in Singapore and India.
- Influence product strategy by bringing a strong design perspective to discussions and decisions.
- Explore creative solutions while adhering to established design processes and standards.

Requirements





- 6–7+ years of hands-on experience in product design.
- Demonstrated expertise designing for FinTech, WealthTech, or Payments products.
- A strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual clarity, and systems thinking.
- Proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma.
- Strong understanding of design thinking, usability principles, and user research methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail, visual harmony, and design quality.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first setting.
- Bonus: Knowledge of UX writing to deliver cohesive and holistic design outputs.
