- Review, verify, and process insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations for Property & Casualty (P&C;) policies.
- Handle claims documentation and first notice of loss (FNOL), ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Interact with brokers, underwriters, and customers to obtain required details and resolve queries.
- Maintain up-to-date records in insurance systems and databases.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, client SLAs, and regulatory standards.
- Perform quality checks and ensure zero defects in policy/claim documentation.
- Support team leads in achieving process metrics such as TAT (Turnaround Time), accuracy, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle escalations and process improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline, preferably commerce, business, or finance).
- 0–3 years of experience in insurance processes (P&C; / General Insurance preferred).
- Knowledge of insurance terminology, policy lifecycle, and claims process will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort working on insurance systems.
- Valuable communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
