- Experience of 10-15 years in CRO experience with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in LC-MS/HPLC/Prep. method development for NCE molecules at an analytical scale.
- Proficiency in various purification techniques.
- Strong understanding of different HPLC column chemistries.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration.
- Lead, train, coach, and mentor a team of motivated young scientists.
- Provide guidance and support across different shifts (including night shift) to ensure the timely delivery of analytical data to the chemistry team.
- Ready to work closely with motivated scientists, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
