Green Fields Ltd is currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be tasked with managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and response to requests from the frontend.

Responsibilities:

- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
- Building efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
- Solving complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Integration of data storage solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and services

As a Senior Developer, you will work closely with other developers and managers in the company. Successful candidates will be responsible for leading a team of developers and engineers, making critical decisions on web development projects, and implementing cutting-edge technology to enhance our products.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is required, with a Master's preferred
- At least five years of strong experience with PHP, Laravel, and WordPress




- A strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

For this specific role, we’re particularly interested in candidates with a strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks and a good understanding of MVC design patterns. You should also have basic understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.
