Title: Video Producer & Editor
Location: Delhi
(with extensive travel to the field)
Reports to: Senior
Manager – Communications
Position Overview :
The Video Producer will lead end -to -end video creation, from field shoots to final edits, enabling powerful storytelling through films, interviews, short -form content and documentation.
This role is critical for capturing on -ground impact and leadership narratives.
Key Responsibilities :
Video Production and Photography:
1.Plan and execute video shoots at:
- Program locations
- Training sessions
- Events and
workshop
2.Editing & Post -Production including basic
graphic designing work:
Edit videos for:
- Social media
(short -form and reels)
- Website and
reports
- Presentations and
screenings
- Add basic motion
graphics, subtitles and sound design
3.Content Formats
Produce:
- Program short videos and documentaries
- Testimonial videos
- Explainer videos
- Short social media clips
Equipment & Workflow:
- Manage camera, audio and lighting equipment
Maintain organised raw footage and final
outputs
- Ensure timely delivery of edits
